Incidents of workplace sexual harassment and gender discrimination have dominated headlines in recent years, but federal anti-discrimination laws are still often poorly understood. At this lunchtime CLE, employment lawyer Meghan Droste will provide an overview of federal protections concerning gender and sexual orientation discrimination and share some insights on this rapidly-evolving area of law.
